Order & Delivery Policy

1. Area of delivery

Currently Farm in a Box only services Accra, whereby some areas are limited to pick up points. In the future, more areas will be added.

2. Delivery Days

Farm in a Box has specific delivery days every week. Currently these days are Tuesday and Friday. Any purchase or subscription has the option to indicate on which of these days delivery is prefered. If no prefered day of delivery is indicated, the order will be delivered on the next delivery day by default.

3. Point of Delivery

Deliveries to single occupied residences will be made to the front door. Deliveries for addresses in gated communities or apartment blocks will be made to either the reception or the entrance building.

3.1 Office Delivery.

We can also deliver your vegetables to your office. Pls indicicate this when ordering.

4. Order deadlines.

Any order made untill 12.00 on the day before a delivery day will be delivered that next delivery day, unless otherwise specified.
